From the East and M1:
- Leave the M62 at junction 25 and take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A644 for Dewsbury.
- At the traffic lights, turn right onto the A62 for Huddersfield. At the next set of traffic lights fork right onto the A6107.
- Turn left at the next set of traffic lights and enter Bradley Business Park, follow the road around until you reach
- Cartwright Court on your left hand side. 10 can be found at the top right of the courtyard.
- Leave the M62 at junction 24 and take the third exit at the roundabout and then immediately the third exit at the second roundabout onto the A643 for Brighouse.
- Turn right at the first set of traffic lights, continue straight across the roundabout until you reach the next set of traffic lights.
- Turn right to enter Bradley Business Park, follow the road around until you reach Cartwright Court on your left hand side.
- 10 can be found at the top right of the courtyard.
