This motivational diva, who recently entertained Harry Gration and Christa Ackroyd on the BBC Look North programme, is inspiring people for the New Year and is determined to make a difference to their businesses and also their lives.

The event was introduced by Julian Kynaston, Chairman of Propaganda, as this is where Nicky made 'a million' in new business in her first year - the dream new business go-getter for any agency.

10 have created the campaign for the event  - THE BIG ONE, which follows the strong branding platform that was put in place last year. From her (rather snazzy) cufflinks to direct mail pieces, it is distinctly Nicky - just like the lady herself.
