Companion Care website
Companion Care approached 10 with a view to create a new website that not only informed pet owners of the range of services offered by the veterinary practices, within Pets at Homes stores, but to also highlight the fantastic Joint Venture Partnership (JVP) opportunities with the company.
Increasing website visitor numbers through natural search engine optimisation was achieved and the softer elements were introduced within the design to appeal to target audience who were on the whole a female visitor.
The idea of a JVP with Companion Care was something that went against the grain for veterinary surgeons, who historically opted for family run practices, and so we needed to work out how best to sell the 'ideal' of being your own boss within a UK Pets at Home store.
As a JVP with Companion Care, the vet holds ultimate responsibility for day to day running of their practice and total clinical freedom. Each Companion Care joint venture practice is set up as a separate limited company, thus as the Joint Venture Partner, they would own the A Shares of the business which entitles them to all of the profits from the business and from any future sale of the A Shares.
The web project provided a great challenge to us as we had to communicate clearly to two audiences looking for something very different as far as soft cuddly pets goes.
The website utilises lots of real life vet interviews and case histories so that the full benefits of the JVP proposition were clear to see.
