Keyhouse brand creation
Keyhouse was set up in 1985 as a hostel for homeless young people in Keighley. Since then, they’ve opened advice offices in Bradford and Keighley, as well as expanding a supported housing service to achieve their current position as a leading provider of housing, advice and training.
10 worked with Keyhouse Head of Project, Graham Mynott, over a six month period to create a new brand, website and printed material for the registered charity who are celebrating 25 years of continued support for their clients. The journey started with running our Brandschool™ to 50 of the Keyhouse team, we must be honest and say that the idea of a rebrand wasn't initially welcomed with open arms.
The Keyhouse relaunch, one month in, resulted in an unprecedented attendance at the AGM, more clarity within the business and awareness of the services offered. They are no longer considered just as a housing association.
Keyhouse are a long standing service provider holding the 10 year ‘Investors In People’ accreditation making them one of only 8% of UK companies to boast such a title.
