With the Pure Gym concept based around a passion for fitness they asked us to get invloved in creating a series of guides that would help the gym bods get that 'gym bod'.

The UK gym chain believe everyone should be able to keep fit & healthy, so they've stripped away unnecessary facilities such as saunas, cafe bars & fluffy towels, and have replaced them with all the latest kit, such as functional training zones with kettle bells and vibration platforms which is why they have focussed on offering world class fitness equipment at an affordable price.
