RFM Brand Creation
The RFM rebrand project was a frantic one but a very productive one.
The RFM Group, with their head office in Rawdon, Leeds, approached us to take a complete and honest look at their current positioning and sales and marketing tools within the Facilities Management market.
In order to identify their business goals, 15 of the RFM team spent a day with us working through our Brandschool™ programme. Through this process we gave their team a firm grasp on the principles of branding, a vivid new insight into their own brand and a clear direction of thought as to where the business should aim to be positioned.
With a very good reputation amongst existing, long standing clients, the objective of the project was to create a revitalised brand and new positioning, which invigorated internally and stimulated externally.
As the group specialises in two distinct areas, Facilities and Interiors, we created a brandmark and suite of literature that would confidently represent the extensive range of services provided by the nationwide team.
We were truly blown away by the manner in which the RFM team threw themselves into the project. The commitment shown, since its launch, has been exemplary, from carrying the brand vision through their working environment right out to the customers who they deal with on a daily basis.
