Nikki Phillipson

Senior Account Manager

Nikki’s background includes qualifications in Art & Design and a degree in Textile and Fashion Design Management – areas that have helped her cut the mustard in a number of account management roles within the retail and creative industries.

She joined 10 in 2008, after recognising a great opportunity to indulge her fascination with branding and learn a thing or two from people who’d been doing it for years.

Today, Nikki’s our ultra-busy but super-organised Senior Account Manager, with responsibility for making sure our clients are always happy and their design projects are always on time. Nikki’s great at getting to the bottom of a business by finding out the nitty-gritty stuff, then using this knowledge and understanding to help develop the brand which that business really needs to succeed. Guiding clients through Brandschool™ is a key part of Nikki’s day-to-day work, and she loves the whole ‘before and after’ element to her job: witnessing the transformation of a good business into a great brand.

Outside work Nikki’s a self-confessed shopaholic and fashionista, but she’s also an avid reader of modern fiction and right now recommends Khaled Hosseini’s masterpiece, Thousand Splendid Suns.
